Position Description
We are hiring a TikTok Video Producer who will be responsible for researching, producing and executing content for TikTok, as well as supporting our ad creation pipeline. You will be working directly with our Social Media and Growth Teams, reporting to the Engagement Marketing Manager.
You Will
- Research, plan and execute weekly content series for TikTok
- Ship valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed
- Optimize, iterate and identify new creative opportunities
- Support the social teams growth with insight into trending content on TikTok
You Are/Have
- 1-2 years experience filming and editing digital videos.
- Comfortable in front of a camera.
- A passion for TikTok and exceptional storytelling abilities - you can take the Bold.org brand voice and values and creatively adapt it to the platform.
- Successful personal TikTok channel, or experience building a brand through social media.
- Flexible, organized and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and research skills for measuring, tracking and interpreting social data, success and KPIs.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively when required.
- Empathetic. Bold.org users range from high school students to retirees focused on growing their legacy. You must be able to put yourself in their shoes when making product decisions.

Time Commitment
- This role is full time and will need to overlap with part of the US ET time zone.
