Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively
Work closely billing teams for accuracy of order completion
Making sure that the order workflow process is accurate before transmitting to the shipping distribution centers for fulfillment
Works well under pressure and able to meet order deadlines and provide excellent customer service support
Take direction from a department lead
Process new orders based on an assigned Sales region
Manually release sales orders
Review and verify electronic orders for accuracy
Receive and forward complaints to Customer Care team
Other projects as directed by supervisor

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
