Job Description:
As a fast growing engineering firm, we are hiring Engineers who have back ground in Mechanical, Civil, Energy Efficiency or related field. For entry level staffs, we provide all type of trainings. Work include but not limited to:
Perform energy audits for commercial, residential and other types of buildings
Building retro-commissioning
New construction commissioning
Air barrier testing
Building inspections
Steam testing, HVAC systems testing and commissioning
Calculations and reporting
Ensure customer/client satisfaction for tasks performed
Skills & Qualifications:
Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) is a must
Strong communication skills
Experience in Local Law 87, Commissioning, or ASHRAE energy auditing is preferred
PE, CEM and/or CBCP is preferred but not required
Experience in creating Local Law 87 EER reports is preferred
Experience in DOB comprehensive reviews for Local Law 87
Field experience with HVAC systems - boiler, chillers, air-handlers

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
