Our Sales Representatives receive a salary, monthly bonuses and incentives, as well as uncapped commissions. We hire, train, and develop top talent in the Northeast. Responsibilities
- Conduct in home consultations throughout designated territory
- Educate customers on solar energy and how it can help them financially while also helping the environment
- Work with a dedicated Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain record of sales leads and customer accounts
- Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience (preferred, not required)
- Exceptional customer service and skills
- Integrity and self-accountability
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel throughout designated territory

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
