POSITION SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced Senior Digital Strategist for two of the biggest brands in the beauty business! Exciting opportunity to drive overarching marketing strategy and directly supervise five team members dedicated to supporting these brands across social media platforms. Be the glue that designs and executes strategy and is the key point of contact for our client in a fast-paced agency environment.
Remote with travel to client site in the tri-state area a few times a year.
JOB DUTIES
- Develop and oversee the implementation of integrated social media strategy and serve as key point of contact to the client.
- Supervise five direct reports who create the content calendar and manage social media communities. Support overall team development, learning, mentorship and training of new team members.
- Demonstrate effective knowledge of social media innovations, technology, digital trends and target consumers. Create client presentation decks and lead meetings with stakeholders.
- Evaluate and report on client social media analytics and performance.
- Lead digital ad buying and paid boosting, optimization and reporting across all social and digital channels. Support effective budget development, revenue tracking and invoicing.
- Think strategically to anticipate both challenges and opportunities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in digital, social media and/or advertising across B2B and B2C companies.
- Knowledgeable in social measurement tools and paid social media advertising such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter. Intermediate MS Office.
- Experience successfully managing projects and growing relationships with clients, working with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations to internal team and to external clients, generating interest and excitement.
- Experience developing strategic recommendations and proposals for organic social media and digital activations, and accurately report and analyze numbers and metrics.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media, digital and CRM platforms and best practices. Passion for current communications, social and content marketing trends.
- Ability to effectively mentor and oversee the work of fellow account team members.
Per Colorado state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for a Colorado based individual: $66,640 Minimum - $123,760 Maximum per annum. For all other states, please inquire with the Tag Talent Acquisition Team.
