We are seeking a receptionist who loves animals and we have some of the finest pups! This candidate must be outgoing, possess a positive personality, and greet guests while providing outstanding customer service. You will check dogs in and out for dog daycare, boarding and grooming, take dogs to and from their perspective daycare rooms, enter data, answer phones, and process customer payments. This position is a very active job at peak times of the day. Your day will go by fast!
The hours scheduled are from 16-20 hours per week. Hours/days can at times vary each week. We can also split the position between two different people. You might have a morning or afternoon shift. You must be available to work weekends and days before and after holidays (our busiest times). I am also willing to work around college schedules as much as possible. Our open hours during the week are 7:00 am - 6:30 pm.

Job Requirements:
You must be able to multi-task, enter data and be proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Kennel Connection program a plus, but you will be trained. This candidate must be detail oriented, practice patience and have a teamwork attitude! Share in cleaning tasks with your team. Good communication and accurate typing skills, as well as great phone etiquette are essential! We offer competitive pay.
Ability to lift, pull, push and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to handle all sizes and temperaments of dogs.
Vet tech experience a plus!
