All sales or staffing experience will be considered, this is NOT just an HR job. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for sourcing and closing their own business. Candidates should have experience prospecting, working leads through multiple sources, maintaining an organized and extensive pipeline, identifying opportunities, and closing deals!
If you have found any success in sales this will be EASY MONEY.
This is NOT a traditional 1099 sales or recruiter roll where you pay your way. We provide leads and a multitude of talent acquisition platforms at NO COST.

Responsibilities:
Drafting and posting job ads on a multitude of platforms.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Selling candidates on the opportunity.
Verifying all candidate info and assisting their onboarding
Meeting and exceeding all quotas

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
