1. Entry level cleaners / no experience are welcome. We will provide training starting at $15/hr. Depending on performance and training completion, we will increase pay within the first month.
2. Experienced detailers or cleaners starting at $18/hr. Depending on performance and training completion, we will increase pay up to $22/hr within the first month.
3. Aircraft Appearance Technician; Brightwork, ceramic and paint correction technician, pay range $24/hr - $30/hr based on experience.
As a part of the Interior/Exterior Cleaning Crew, you will be responsible for the following tasks, which include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and communicate with on-site managers.
- Attend orientation and training sessions.
- Become familiar with cleaning requirements for each job.
- Maintain a professional attitude & quality workmanship.
- Attend company meetings.
- Ensure a clear understating of daily/nightly tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
Interior Detailing Hours per week: 25-30
Exterior Detailing Hours per week: 30-40
