This position's core focus will be supporting the company gear up for a successful NFT launch (and beyond), providing a wide variety of support services to member(s) of the Executive Team. The day to day responsibilities will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide kind, efficient, detail-oriented service to internal and external contacts of all levels. Ideal candidates will thrive in extremely fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring high levels of execution ability.
Social Media Content Creator
We are seeking someone who is creative, forward-thinking with a passion for social justice, environmental change and community causes. You will be assisting to write and publish various types of content for our company's social media, including Twitter, Instagram and Tik Tok posts. Content Creators responsibilities will include producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts on NFT/Crypto/Web3-related content and promoting our content on social media to reach our target audience and generate traffic and leads for Rallius. Lastly, you will be involved with customer care to ensure customer satisfaction and attend to any customer commentary.
Responsibilities
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise Rallius and its products
- Writing and designing engaging content posts for social media, websites, blogs
- Edit and proofread written pieces for posts and blog posts before publication
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics
- Engage with consumers and respond to questions or complaints
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Pursuing partnerships/alliances with ambassadors, social media influencers and community leaders
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
- Or proven experience as a content creator or similar role
- Portfolio of social media content (posts, blog posts, articles etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram)
- Writing, editing and proofreading skills in English
- Ability to work efficiently and independently and collaboratively
