We are hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Compensation:
$51,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining contact with customers utilizing top-notch follow-up skills
- Opportunities for cross-training as business needs dictate
- Using the Internet and live chat to walk customers through various options for their trip
- Responding by email to on-line golf vacation quote requests
- Answering the telephone when customers call to plan and book their golf vacation
- Using the computer to plan, quote and book golf vacations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Previous experience in customer services or contact centers is desirable but not mandatory
- Possess the ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines, and perform under pressure
