DermaCare is the Valley's number one provider in LipoDissolve technology. We are a reputable medspa located in North Scottsdale and are looking for enthusiastic hard-working individuals to join our team as a call center representative. Our leads and patients are our number one priority and we expect this person to deliver the highest quality service. We have a formal lead protocol and this job requires someone who can stay focused and call, text, and send emails leads all day. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Someone who is energetic and provides a sense of urgency while educating and motivating our clients about the benefits of our treatments and to take part in it
- Someone who displays a high level of professionalism by seamlessly multi-tasking between answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients as they arrive, and processing payments
- Always display an energetic, friendly, helpful, and motivated attitude
- Someone passionate about the aesthetics industry
You would be directly responsible for building relationships with our clientele over the phone as well as scheduling consultations for services we provide.
- Following our lead protocol and following up on all your tasks daily
- Provide information about our services to potential clients
- Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Talking on the phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments
- Outgoing and reliable
Must Haves:
- Customer Service Experience
- Must be available until 6pm and weekends
- Conversationalist / Quick Wit
- Understand / Believe in the Benefits of Aesthetic treatments
- Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
- Retail or industry experience, a plus
- Web-based scheduling, a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) is essential
- Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to remain confident and calm during stress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
