About the Job:
Bedrock Quartz is a rapidly growing and evolving company seeking to recruit and retain great employees by providing a great culture and a belief that every employee adds value. You must be excited to develop relationships with co-workers and managers in all departments. As the newest member of the team in a new department, this role would take charge of handling the following:
· Outbound calls to clients after job completion to gain customer feedback
· Handling any customer service-related phone calls
· Handling all calls for warranty issues
· Be the liaison between sales and scheduling departments
· Act as a center information hub for customer and job data for multiple departments
· Scheduling any necessary touchups or fixes on jobs
· And other customer service-related duties. You would wear multiple hats and must have a strong detail-oriented and organized personality with a passion for customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
