Job Description
By joining our recruitment team at IT Pros, you will have candidates sourced and presented to you within our database where you will create engaging video and online messaging to attract the right candidate prospects to speak with our screening team at IT Pros to then engage with our client and client prospects.
You will also have the opportunity to create engaging online candidate advertisements using video and online messaging to engage Founders, Executives, and hiring teams to our candidates at IT Pros to earn additional commissions.
You will be assigned qualified job orders (no VMS) to fill, working directly with hiring managers and teams.
You will have an opportunity to learn the staffing and recruiting business from the ground up, along with how other companies hire.
Qualifications
You must have a relentless desire to succeed and be able to outperform others when things get difficult (because they will).
Here are the other factors of success:
- Examples of superior communication skills in a virtual environment
- Moderate-to-advanced understanding of various technology ecosystems: front end to back end to full-stack development, cloud, big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, UI/UX design, software testing, etc.
- Modern technology equipment at your home office: desktop/laptop with working microphone and webcam, smartphone, and high-speed Internet access
- Be curious: on-going learning and research is critical here
- Ability to work 100% remotely in a distributed work environment with other talented people from around the globe
