The Role
GoCanvas is revolutionizing how work gets done by modernizing small businesses through a powerful cloud-based platform and customizable mobile experiences. We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused professional driven to strategically work with our clients as a Customer Learning and Education Specialist. As our Customer Learning and Education Specialist, you will help train and guide our newest clients through the building, implementing, and adopting their GoCanvas and Device Magic products, with the goal of creating lifelong clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and training, and a desire to make an impact on clients and their businesses.
Your Most Important Projects:
- Educate our newest customers on GoCanvas and Device Magic product features and functionality
- Lead live group training sessions for our newest customers on GoCanvas and Device Magic product features and functionality
- Identify gaps in learning needed
- Be a GoCanvas and Device Magic product ambassador
- Assist in optimizing customer processes for SMB clients who recently purchased
- Maintain the new customer onboarding experience including re-engaging clients that may be stuck or have fallen behind
- Identify potential areas of growth for our newest clients
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Own and report success metrics on the status and completion of the customer onboarding program
What You Bring:
- Desire to work with clients (customer-obsessed mentality!)
- Strong screen presence, virtual presentation, and demonstration skills for small to medium-sized audiences
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- A passion for training, educating, and problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills to work with a wide variety of customers and handle product training for both GoCanvas and Device Magic products
What Success Looks Like:
- Successfully helping clients build and launch their internal work processes in GoCanvas and Device Magic
- Leading engaging training sessions with dynamic customer interactions
- Developing a pattern of consistency with clients continuing to be GoCanvas and Device Magic subscribers month over month
- Gathering and sharing best practices with clients
- Becoming a Device Magic and GoCanvas subject matter expert
- Moving clients from post-purchase through implementation quickly
- Maintaining positive health scores and NPS ratings with clients within the territory
