Who is Joint Ventures Physical Therapy and Fitness?
JVPT is a multidisciplinary physical therapy practice that is constantly growing and improving. Our team approach combines physical and occupational therapy with chiropractic care, personal training, massage, nutrition, and acupuncture to promote healthy, active patients, and clients. We currently have 11 locations providing individualized, concierge care from both the administrative and clinical staff, with an emphasis on, "exceptional care from people who care".

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling patient appointments, managing cancellations and encouraging rescheduling whenever possible;
- Handling new patient intake calls; accurately inputting demographic and insurance information into our scheduling software; assessing patient concerns to ensure they are booked with the appropriate PT/OT;
- Staying informed and being transparent with patients about their financial responsibility; collecting any outstanding balances;
- Managing patients' prior authorization and referrals, requesting additional visits when needed and notifying patients when there may have a lapse in coverage;
- Responding quickly and thoroughly to emails and voicemails from both patients and coworkers.
Hours are Monday and Tuesday: 7:40am-4:20pm; Wednesday and Thursday: 10am-6:40pm; and Friday 7am-3:40pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Patients and clients are required to wear masks, all JVPT staff are provided KN95 masks to wear in the clinic. With private treatment rooms and large gyms, it is easy to socially distance.
