↩Salary Range: $36,000 salary (Guaranteed) + commissions & bonuses with total compensation up to $70,000

↩At Injury Review we are dedicated to serving the public by providing information about complications and side effects associated with various medications and medical products.↩We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals for a full-time remote position. Your job will include taking inbound calls and following a short script in helping individuals gain potential compensation from their injuries
↩Requirements
↩Must reside in the state of Florida or New Jersey.↩Must have a quiet distraction-free space to work.↩A Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook)↩High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet).↩Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30).
↩Skills
↩Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.↩Individuals must be able to maintain a professional/friendly tone at all times and be able to clearly pronounce and enunciate scripted words including phonetically spelled proper names.↩Must be able to actively listen and build a rapport with an individual.↩Must have strong reading skills in order to follow scripts with ease.↩Basic Computer skills are a must-Needs to be able to navigate the internet and CRM
