We are looking for bold, confident, and driven outbound lead generation phone agents to start a longevity career with great earning potential & straight from home!
The Role:
- Research and contact businesses and get interest to review their current products and pricing
- Assist with preparing for the meetings and scheduling any needed follow-up appointments
- There's no auto-dialer! You get to choose which businesses you want to call on and support
- This is 100% outbound cold-calling reaching out to business owners who are interested in great technology, cost-savings and growing their business
- Telemarketing experienced is very preferred!
The Type of Person We Are Looking For:
- Confident, ‘hunter’ mentalities. There are huge bonuses to be made â€" you have to have the drive to seek out new businesses to support!
- People who are motivated to make a high number of outbound calls ‘hunting’ for the next customer (and your next bonus!)
- The confidence to take and accept a bunch of ‘no’s’ before you get the 1 ‘yes’ that pays off!
- The desire to create your own destiny, surpass everyone around you, and maximize your pay!
- Work experience â€" minimum 1-2 years of experience in an outbound call center
- Must have a laptop/computer with high speed internet and an unlimited cell phone data plan for training
