What You Would Be Doing

Join a small (and quickly growing) remote startup team! This is a full-time position that may require some weekend hours. Weekly meetings with customer experience teammates + bimonthly meetings with the founder and other teammates would take place.

The goal is to create a warm, joyful, and exceptional customer experience for our community — the kind they bring up at dinner parties in the future. This is an important role in the day-to-day operational and customer-facing areas of the startup.

6 month goals

  • Quick, warm, and on-brand customer communication across emails, instagram comments, instagram DM's, and ads via the customer service platform Gorgias and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Thoughtful and authentic recommendations to customers through a deep understanding of the product.
  • Actively working to save as many orders as possible, while not putting pressure on the customer.
  • Thoughtful interaction and engagement across platforms to better reply and understand what our community wants to see from us.
  • Collecting, organizing, and tracking consumer feedback, product issues, shipping issues, and other relevant data and communicating this with the team.
  • Contributing ideas to company policies to create an even better customer experience
  • Communicating directly to the rest of the team and pushing up urgent orders. Must be able to communicate calmly under pressure to the rest of the team.
