Our company is currently seeking a PART TIME Bookkeeper / Administrative Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. You will work under the CEO in Miami although the company is in New Jersey.
YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT IN QUICKBOOKS OR DO NOT APPLY
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
We are an ultra busy retail store in Bergen County New Jersey. We need someone who is good at multitasking, is unbelievably particular about doing things right, is not flustered when facing a difficult project.
