JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Sales Director - USA, the Sales Support Specialist's primary function is to facilitate all order-to-cash activities by actively engaging with our customers and be the liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
The incumbent will also be involved in sales support and development related activities, as required by the Sales Director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer support related activities:
- Ongoing communication with customers regarding orders, shipments, payment, claims, complaints, and promotional activity.
- Liaison between Customers and Customer Service, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance teams, or any other department regarding claims/complaints and order-to-cash activities.
- Ongoing management of customer activities on corporate digital platforms.
- Assisting Sales Director in administrative role developing business and servicing customers.
Sales development related activities:
- Trade show assistance as needed.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasts as needed.
- Assisting in the management of the PSG team activities and requirements based on their activities.
- Supporting implementation of trade marketing activities as directed by Topline team.
- Assisting with regular market and competitor analysis.
- Other job functions as required by Sales Director.
ACADEMIC AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Business College degree or equivalent
- 5 years experience in a customer service/support type role
PROFILE OF CANDIDATE
- Excellent listening and communication skills, written and spoken
- Team player
- Ability to manage multiple concomitant tasks
- Ability to resolve challenges autonomously
- Ability to work under pressure with good time and priority management
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite, mainly Excel
