We are looking for a Recruiter to help us manage our growing agency, currently of about 40 people but rapidly expanding. In the immediate term, we need someone to help with ad posting, screening and onboarding new contractors. Longer term, we also have opportunities for this person to handle some client project management duties and drive solutions for growth processes.
This role will interface directly with the CEO and CTO and will be crucial to growing organization. This role has the ability to grow into a greater operational role as our agency continues to grow.

GrowthPhysics is a full stack, data driven, Growth Marketing Studio. We provide top to bottom services that enable companies to engage in data driven Acquisition and Retention programs. This include Data Infrastructure & MarTech builds, as well as full funnel Acquisition & Retention program management.
