London House is a new Private Members Club, catering to Orlando's elite.Inspired by British tradition, we provide a white glove Butler service, Michelin star cuisine, live entertainment, afternoon tea, Sunday brunch, bottle service Saturday night parties and quarterly headline events, along with all the services you would expect to find in the finest restaurants and hotels around the world.
Doorman Responsibilities
- Greet Members (and their guests) with a warm, professional and sincere welcome. You are expected to remember our members by name, and be an exceptional brand ambassador of London House.
- Engage Member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism at all times
- Responsible for the Porte Cache area and access control for members and their guests.
- Communicate using clear and professional language with appropriate etiquette and thank members with genuine appreciation.
- Communicate with valet & security
Skills & Competencies
- Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in English, written & verbal; additional languages considered an asset
- Doorman/Greeter experience in a luxury environment is an asset
- Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays
- Knowledge of workplace safety, sanitation and detailed attention to personal appearance
