Job Description
Diggs is looking for an experienced care service professional to assist with inquiries from our pet parents. Our goal is to become the most trusted and loved premium pet supplies brand in the world. You will support this goal by owning the end to end pet parent interaction lifecycle for Diggs' customer service within this category.

Responsibilities
- Serve our pet parents by providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns.
- Establish new pet parent accounts and record information based on the interaction with the customer.
- Listen to pet parents' concerns with the goal of identifying and resolving any problems.
- Anticipate pet parent needs and wants, offering proactive solutions and products that fit the pet parent's lifestyle.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights & weekends)
- 3+ years experience in customer service role preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform in a self-directed, fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle deadlines
- Excellent listening skills with an empathetic voice
Location: Ability to work in-office in New York or remotely from anywhere in the United States.
