Onboarding and Engagement Coordinator
Location - Bay Area, CA or Seattle-Redmond Area, WA

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support employee onboarding: coordinate communications with new employees; process onboarding documents; and perform new employee onboarding sessions.
- Perform on-site employee onboarding sessions, including training related to campus resources and client tools and processes.
- Handle routine employee communications, including emails, pings and follow-ups regarding questions about company policies, benefits, time keeping, payroll, leave tracking, etc.
- Escalate employee issues and concerns to appropriate Mackin point of contact
- Support the Engagement Team with administrative tasks; including calendar management, updating tracking sheets and platforms, document preparation and management, organization and filing, event planning, and shipping.
- Engage in routine employee check-ins for employees, where assigned
- On occasion, liaise with the different site and Hiring/Client Managers to service queries, communications and facilitate follow-on to the appropriate Mackin POC
- Post new vendor or direct hire job descriptions in JobVite and Zip and coordinate any meet and greet or coffee chat meetings with Engagement Specialists.
- Communicate with Mackin's Talent Acquisition Team to appraise them of any job changes or additional requirements
- Help screen, as needed, job applications to support vendor and direct hire positions
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication is maintained and smooth follow-up is achieved
- Develop and process reports as needed.
- Use company communication platforms to post updates aimed at employee engagement and Mackin culture development.
- Develop FAQ's, documents, and resources to improve employee information access.
- Organize and track employee contracts and SOW renewal dates on Trello and alert HR and US Leadership of upcoming renewals. Coordinate with ES on pricing changes and any SOW updates

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
