Bandalier is looking for Customer Services Representatives to join our team!
Bandalier is a growing company with a unique approach to sales and customer service careers. When you join Bandalier, we offer you robust training to give you a strong selling foundation. You'll then partner with technology companies in need of support, backed by supportive managers and our collaborative team culture.
As a Customer Service Rep, you will support clients by providing email, web, and phone support to their existing customers or help them prospect new customers. You'll interact with your manager and teammates for development opportunities and to celebrate successes. The hours for this position are from 1 PM - 12 AM EST. Within this time frame some of the following shifts include: 1pm-9pm EST, 2pm-10pm EST, 3pm-11pm EST or 4pm-12am EST. Additionally, we are looking for bilingual speakers in the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Cantonese, and Japanese.

- Some experience in customer support, whether over the phone, via email and/or texting, or in a store or service setting
