Business operations
  • Support day-to-day company operations and help drive organizational execution.
  • Help the Clare team work together more effectively, and design and implement processes that will enable our business to scale effectively,

Who you are
  • A passionate problem solver — You're motivated by challenges both large and unfamiliar and can confidently tackle any problem thrown your way with a 'roll-up-your-sleeves', 'no task is too small' attitude. You love putting your critical thinking skills to work and developing creative solutions to make the impossible possible!
  • A data-driven decision maker — You're highly analytical and skilled and leveraging data to tell a cohesive story, delivering actionable insights to optimize business performance and enable better, faster decision-making.
  • An agile thinker — You're equally comfortable with big picture strategic planning and the small details of tactical execution and have no trouble switching between macro and micro views.
  • Highly organized — You're organized, detail-oriented and can effectively juggle multiple projects and competing priorities like a boss. You love creating order from chaos, and are adept at improving processes to enable workflow efficiency.
  • Highly entrepreneurial — You're a self-starter who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, is undeterred by ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You operate with speed, agility, have a bias for action and know how to get sh*t done.
  • An excellent project manager — You're methodical and process-oriented, capable of turning ideas into action plans and owning projects from end-to end. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to seamlessly manage up, down and laterally in moving projects forward.
  • Results-driven — You measure success by quantifiable impact and outcomes, rather than output, are highly accountable and feel ownership over the company's success.
  • Highly curious — You're intellectually curious with the ability to learn and get up to speed on new areas quickly. You're unintimidated when operating outside of your comfort zone and champion continual learning and improvement both personally and professionally.
