The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking an energetic, detailed-oriented and proactive problem solver who possesses a strong work ethic that includes the ability to work all Arizona Cardinals Football Team events.
In this position, you will play in key role in the successful operations of the Arizona Cardinals Football Club. This position will serve as an essential team member responsible for the safe and efficient coordination of activities related to the Football Operation of the Arizona Cardinals Football Club which includes but is not limited to the Arizona Cardinals Dignity Health Training Center, Training Camp, Team Travel and other Team activities.
Primary Job Duties:
- Ensure the success of all Arizona Cardinals team operations and events, both at home and on the road; off-season program, Training Camp, regular season home and road games, including international and post-season.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Players, Management team, Team Members, Service Providers, Vendors, etc.
- Work all games and assist with compliance of NFL game day rules and regulations
- Coordinate and execute all home and road game advances and logistics.
- Create and solicit bids from all team travel vendors
- Conduct site visits and research of away cities for upcoming season
- Negotiate team travel agreements รข" hotel, bus, truck & catering
- Develop season and individual itinerary summary for Head Coach approval
- Create and manage all travel documents
- Organize season game and travel information for distribution
- Execute training camp operations and logistics
- Hotel and stadium set-up/break down
- Maintain accuracy of training camp documents
- Communicate with Hotel and Stadium personnel of camp schedule and needs.
- Organize and schedule transportation of office, field, and strength equipment
- Develop meal calendar with Director, Nutrition Services
- Participate in Rookie Orientation programs
- Maintain new hire documents (player and staff), and Club policies for players
- Handle new staff hires onboarding, relocation, logistics and acclimation. Assist Director, Player Engagement with incoming player onboarding.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for:
- Senior Bowl, Combine, Pro-Days and private workouts
- OSP, Rookie, Training Camp, and in-season travel arrangements for players per CBA
- Aid personnel department with the scheduling, coordination and execution of try-outs, Free Agent, Top 30, signed and released player
- Coordinate training camp intern selection, new hire meeting, accommodations, payroll, etc.
- Facilitate players participation for client/sponsor appearances and Cardinals Charitable Events
- Provide facility and operational support with outside groups use of the Training Center
- Participate in practice set-up and Coaching staff needs
- Assist with Football Operations and Nutrition Services budget planning

- Skilled at interacting effectively with all levels of management and staff, vendors, guests, and visitors.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise operations activities with full time managers and operational staff.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced, deadline driven, environment.
- Strong verbal, written and public relations skills.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules including all team travel.
- Strong accounting and financial skills.
- Knowledge of NFL hierarchy and operations
- Must be detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with a shared commitment to excellence.
- Previous use and understanding of TeamWorks operating system.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; specializing in Sports Management, Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience with an NFL team or major football program.
