We are seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Technician to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
As our Environmental Services Technician, your work is vital to the prevention of serious infections and an efficient function in the running of the hospital. Your position plays an important role in the care of patients and healthcare providers by assuring a sterile environment in all areas of the hospital.
You will routinely clean patient rooms, nursing units, surgical areas, administrative office, laboratory areas, waiting areas and public restrooms, as well as launder all hospital linen
You will take daily inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and may inspect equipment for any repairs or replacements
You will follow proper infection-control policies
You will interact daily with patients and other healthcare personnel
Frankfort Regional Medical Center (FRMC) is a 173 bed, acute care facility, Level III Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and Accredited Chest Pain Center. We primary serve the areas of Franklin, Anderson, Owen, Woodford, Shelby, and other surrounding counties.
