Real Estate Assistant - Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW: Overall Murals is expanding and seeking an additional member to grow with the company's Real Estate Team. We are a Brooklyn based company specializing in hand-painted advertising murals and sign painting and are passionate about changing the way the world sees art and outdoor advertising.
Overall Murals has been acquiring wall locations nationwide for over 12 years and currently hold long-term leases across the U.S. This position is responsible for supporting Overall Mural's Real Estate Team with its market related research, outreach, correspondence with prospective property owners, and administrative duties. Candidates must be comfortable with working remotely and independently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.
Position Details: Part-Time / Subcontract to start, $20-25 p/hr to start
Qualifications:
- Great communicator and detail oriented
- Has a basic understanding of google suite programs; google sheets and google docs
- Is comfortable and confident with cold calling
- Has a background in real estate or real estate adjacent industries
- Out of Home industry experience is a plus
- Understanding and navigating municipal databases a plus
- Experience using google maps
- Very savvy at online research and hunting on the internet
- Basic understanding of Airtable is a plus
- Basic use of photoshop a plus
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will take on a range of administrative responsibilities to support the Real Estate acquisition process:
- Manage and maintain real estate databases
- Research and reach out via phone and email to identify valid points of contacts
- Utilize various online systems to identify and confirm new opportunities
- Assist the real estate team with real estate scouting and assessing opportunities
- Assist the company owner with existing real estate owners as required
- Assist the real estate team with sending gifts to prospective opportunities
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
