Position Objective
Responsible to schedule Productive Work Centers, checking capacity load and releasing production orders to the shop floor, making necessary adjustments to meet the needs/deadlines/conditions requested.
Required Experience:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all the Master Plan necessities were scheduled;
- Ensure the machines load were respected;
- Ensure the production is running as expected;
- Check planning pendency;
- Adjust new material master data parameters;
- Create and release production orders;
- Check machine load;
- Solve material movements errors;
- Execute product modification on production orders;
- Check exception messages;
- Request materials to production;
- Misc. Reports (Open Orders, scrap, adjustments)
- Inventory counts
- Sorting parts
Required Skills and Qualifications, include Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft, including excel
- High Energy
- Ability to repeatedly lift 40+ pounds
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Being flexible in tasks
- Good communication and organizational skills
