We are seeking full time Temporary Customer Care agents to join our team. Temporary employment will last approximately 90 days with the chance of becoming full time. This time frame is subject to change based on Client needs.

Position Summary

  • Complete inbound Member Services calls and order processing for Over the Counter Benefits with Medicare Advantage members.
  • Health Care Industry.
  • Full-time needed (30+ hour per week).
  • Temporary work with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.
  • Use your own equipment and internet.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each call.
  • Process all correspondences with adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines where applicable.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform job duties in accordance with the organization's information security policies.
  • Individual accountability for performance.
  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks through the incident reporting procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly goals and quality standards through efficient and accurate work processes.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent in relevant work experience desired.
  • Previous customer service and healthcare knowledge preferred.
  • Understanding of health insurance is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient personal computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Experience:

  • Call Center: (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 6 months (Preferred)

Work environment:

  • Office
  • Computer usage
  • Sedentary

Schedule:

  • Full Time shifts.
  • The project is open 7 days a week. Looking for 7 am to 7 pm (central time) shift availability.
