The Talent Team Resourcer will be an essential part of the Talent team, being responsible for the administration, coordination & Resourcing of suitable candidates for the mthree Alumni program.
The Resourcer will be responsible for attracting suitable candidates via various routes including advertising and using LinkedIn and other head-hunting resources. They will also be responsible for pre-qualifying candidates before scheduling interviews with the Recruiters.
How you will make an impact:
- Generate candidate interest in positions and program by externally advertising all roles and program information
- Pre-qualify all candidates before scheduling interviews with Recruiters
- Source a constant pipeline of suitable and pre-qualified candidates that are available for the program.
- Schedule and coordinate internal interviews for all candidates, with Recruiters
- Format all resumes and candidate profiles to ensure they are ready to be reviewed by clients
- Ensure Salesforce and ATS activity is up-to-date and company compliant
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Talent Managers to identify strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent for our roles.
