Junior Programmer/Analyst
**Great opportunity for a recent college graduate that can demonstrate solid programming and data analyst principles. We will train you on EDI!**
**Onsite in Lakeland, Florida 2-3 days/week**
This person, when trained, is responsible for designing, testing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining business critical data integrations at Primo Water North America. This includes EDI, data mapping, and integration of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the flow of EDI transactions between the EDI platform, Oracle E-business, other internal applications and our vendors, suppliers and customers.
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and recommend solutions to document system release information for implementation of new and changed processes and procedures.
- Research and identify root cause of recurring issues
- Work closely with Key Account Sales Leadership, Key Customer Care, Retail Sales Leadership, Front-Line Operations, and Process Management (Cross-functional teams/Business Units) to develop and share instructional documentation to support the integrations developed by the team.
- Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance documents
- Collaborate with the internal IT teams for solution architecture, functional design, and overall solution compliance
- Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of the technical and functional architecture of assigned systems
- Collaborate with business units, vendors and technical staff to achieve business results
- Support Management by providing timely outbound and inbound EDI reporting on a regular schedule.
- Adhere to controls policies of Company; ensure that are no controls deficiencies as identified during controls testing by internal and external audit partners
- Identify opportunities to proactively adjust processes to diminish the impact and decrease the number of chargebacks
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
- Special projects assigned by Management
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exposure to requirement analysis, and software development
- Able to share complicated concepts with both high and low-tech audiences
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and maintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible and approachable to colleagues, leadership, and inter-departmental stakeholders
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Desired (will train)
- Knowledge of EDI Mapping and translations using Cleo Clarify and strong understanding of EDI document sets using X12 and EDIFACT Standards 864,850,860,820,875,810,880,856,852,820,823,997,824 desired but will train!!
- Familiar with Linux shell scripting and have working experience with Linux/Unix Operating Systems
- Technologically savvy with extensive ERP system experience, preferably with Oracle E-Business or SAP Hybris
- Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks against competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
