Physician & Nurs Licensing Services

We are seeking experienced professionals to add to their growing team for several different positions.We offer Permanent Direct Hire, Temp to Hire and Temporary positions.

Bookkeeper:

  • Handling the fundamental aspects of a firm's financial record keeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and completing annual tax forms.
  • Previous QuickBooks, bookkeeping, and general ledger experience ideal.

Accounts Payable:

  • Enter all vendor/ Subcontractor Invoices into the accounting software
  • Prepare all vendor invoices due for payment
  • Match up credit card statements with receipts
  • Match up invoices to packing slips/ purchase orders

Accounts Receivable:

  • Work on Invoices and change order statuses and/or issues, as needed reviews on contract and job costing reports
  • Prepare and submit monthly A/R spreadsheets by customer for expected receivables.
  • Prepare Bank Statements
  • A/R filing of all documents
  • Follow up on payments
  • Review and post approved customer change orders
  • Prepare and submit lien waivers and requested /required documents for invoices and payments

Payroll:

  • Input and process multi-state payroll ADP
  • Data input into excel spreadsheets
  • Process unemployment claims

Full time and part time positions are available.
Previous QuickBooks, accounting and bookkeeping experience is ideal!
Proven track record of success.
Familiarity with corporate finance.
Familiarity with tax filings and benefits and insurance.

Tax Preparer:

  • Prepare tax returns
  • Coordinate requests for information
  • Experience with Pro System FX

Controller:

  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, internal controls over financial reporting, assets and accounting policies and procedures. Monitor and review new accounting pronouncements and implement where necessary.
  • Handle all aspects of the accounting cycle on a timely basis up to and including payroll, job costing including percentage of completion, monthly bank reconciliations, quarterly financial statements preparation of information for annual reviewed financial statements and corporate tax returns.
  • Manage and oversee all functions of the accounting staff including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and aged receivable collections.
  • Complete any and all reporting required including sales tax, union reporting, annual corporate reports, 1099's, State of MA OSD and DCAMM reporting, and any other government reporting.
  • Maintain and manage all insurance requirements and files for company, customers, and subcontractors.
  • Set up maintenance of customer/vendor compliance programs.
  • All administrative Human Resource functions.
  • Manage safety program with 3rd party safety management firm.
  • Assist with specific projects and initiatives, such as system implementations and updates and business process / policy improvements.
