Job Title: Customer Experience Manager (CX)
Wage: $35,568.00 per Year
Health Insurance: Medical and Dental Insurance will be available to you starting the first of the month following your hire date.
Customer Experience Manager will work directly with couples to make their big day as special and as smooth as can be! Job will be to ensure every couple has a personalized and magical 5-star experience on their wedding day. Role will have a probationary period for the first 60 days. Must be available to work one weekend day.
Specific Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Answer all of the couples questions from the moment they pay their deposit to the day of their ceremony
- Ensure each ceremony has assigned and confirmed vendors
- Coordinate permits/reservations (if applicable)
- For hair & makeup / flowers ensure we have:
- Hotel / lodging
- Start time / delivery time
- Facilitate a new customer phone call with each bride/couple to ensure
- Chosen package is correct
- All add-ons they wanted are included
- Communicate permit/travel fees and rules associated with their venue
- Verify guest count
- Explain when itinerary is sent (10-14 days out)
- Explain when invoice is due (14 days out)
- Facilitate a 30-day phone call with each couple to ensure
- They have a plan in place for their marriage license
- They have touched base with officiant regarding ceremony/vows
- They have touched base with other vendors to express any preferences
- They have paid in full or have plans to pay in full prior to the ceremony
- All of their questions are answered
- Ensure every invoice is saved and paid in full prior to the ceremony
- Make sure the invoice reflects the add-ons chosen
- Make sure travel fees are correct and showing for all applicable vendors
- Make sure permit/venue fees are correct
- If applicable, ensure sales tax is included
- Ensure an itinerary is sent out for every ceremony 10-14 days prior
- Adjust itinerary as necessary
- Ensure it sends to the appropriate parties
- Make sure timeline lines up correctly
- Maintain good relationships with venues and vendors
- Ensure venue information is correct in our system
- Central Station & Improvements
- We always welcome feedback as to how to improve Central Station
- We always encourage finding better systems for data/information flow and project management and hope you share your findings with the team
- Assist with other departments and projects
