Description
An exciting opportunity awaits you with Reproductive Partners Medical Group, Inc. a leading fertility practice in Southern California. Our Los Angeles / Beverly Hills location is seeking a full-time, In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Nurse Coordinator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, diagnostic procedures and early pregnancy.
- Educate patients for signs and symptoms of complications to procedures and medication.
- Coordinates the completion of any necessary infertility diagnostic testing and creates a treatment calendar to assist patient in following the prescribed protocol.
- Clearly document plan of care with attention to detail using an EMR system.
- Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, and perform phlebotomy.
- Pre-Op patients for surgical procedures such as hysteroscopy, D & C, and egg retrievals.
- The applicant must be a team player. They must be able to work effectively and communicate amongst all members of the health care team to provide continuity of care.
- Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active California RN license
- Medical Assistant Certificate
- Active California LVN License
- New grads welcome. We are very willing to train the right candidate; experience in Women's Health Care is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday with rotation of weekends and holidays as needed
