We're looking for an entry-level Training Developer to work on a series of engaging, innovative online training projects. You'll have the opportunity to acquire the most in-demand skills as we provide training in e-learning authoring tools, the Adobe Creative Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMSs), and web-based tools. This position is perfect for those who have familiarity with building websites, basic programing, or digital media editing and creation. You do not need direct training development, e-learning, or instructional design experience.
You must have some technical proficiency in Adobe Premier, website development, media development, or related skill. You must have some background that will demonstrate you have the capacity to master the technical tools that we use.
You will work with a small team of training developers on assigned projects. We have a fast paced - fun work environment where your creativity and technical skills will shine.
This position is full-time and is scheduled full-time regular business hours.
Ideal applicants will be capable of learning the following:
- Research-based training methods specific to adult learners, adult learning theories, and the basics of Instructional Design
- Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
- Adobe Creative Suite - in particular, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
- Media development apps such as Powtoon, Camtasia, Doodly, or Toonly
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and software programs
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications such as Microsoft Office 365
- Have experience with Adobe Premier or other media editing applications
- Ability to work independently on a consistent schedule
- Capable of meeting multiple project deadlines
This position has a wage range of $19.50-20.00 an hour DOQ.
