Responsibilities of Customer Service Rep : * Answer incoming phone calls
- Follow up with current customers
- Data entry for service orders
- Good communication with other CSR's and Technicians

Mr. Appliance -We are a locally owned appliance repair company looking for a new Customer Service Rep to help support our techs and customers. You will be taking customer requests by phone or email and entering information into service orders for our service technicians. The job is 40 hours per week 8-5 Monday thru Friday. There are no nights, weekends, or major holidays. A qualified candidate will need high speed internet and a computer. You will be provided with a phone, headset and software needed to enter all service orders.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
