Dealership Coordinator
URboss Auto has an immediate opening for an automotive repair shop service advisor/writer.
Responsibilities
- Managing relationships with third-party vendors and customers.
- Work with customers about their repairs and address any complaints.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with the general manager, customer service manager and dealership managers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
Qualifications:
- 2 year of service manager
- Classic car knowledge and experience
- Preferred knowledge on how to use Protractor
- Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Strong Automotive knowledge
