Folio is hiring our first Online Order Fulfillment Specialist in advance of massive Spring growth, including a retail location in NYC.
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately picking & packing orders within a small warehouse in Chelsea. In addition to accurately picking & packing customer orders, this individual will get an inside look at startup logistics and stellar customer service.

You Will:
- Ensure every order placed ships quickly and correctly
- Stamp product and boxes with care according to directions
- Fold and/or break down boxes
- Occasionally help with stock replenishment
- Work on-site at our Chelsea NYC warehouse 4 days/week (flexible schedule)
Ideal Candidate:
- History of organization and a continued desire to learn and improve
- Experience or interest in picking/packing, shipping/receiving, or inventory
- High level of accuracy and care
- Bonus: Experience working with Shopify or Amazon-like systems
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for the majority of your shift (max. 4 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to meet production and quality standards in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to push, pull, squat, twist, kneel, reach, turn and bend.
- Must have unencumbered ability to flex and extend hands, wrists, and fingers.
