Lively Beach Management is currently seeking service oriented personnel to fill the following position:
Resort Housekeeping / Common Area Cleaner
Location: Lively Beach Management, 138 Zahn Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78418
Department: Clean and Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist General Management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes to Front Desk/ General Management. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork. Assist management in training, scheduling, and motivating and coaching employees.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum High school or equivalent education required.
- Experience: One to two years in a housekeeping position. Prior vacation rental, real estate or hotel experience is encouraged. Experience in the hotel or vacation rental reservation system, is preferred, but not required.
- Compensation: $13.00 to $16.00 per hour
