Hours of operation for this position is from 7:00am - 4:00pm for experienced and well educated candidate with customer service experience is a must, we are a privately owned and operated, fast growing company. This is the opportunity for a goal oriented self-starter and positive person which is capable to work under pressure in fast paced environment! Successful Candidate will have the opportunity to learn the staffing industry and personally run the front and back office as a future manager. Candidates will be required to pass excessive training and will be eligible for an excellent benefits package. Experience in strong customer services and management is a Pluss.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answering all incoming & outgoing phones calls and interviewing new potential candidates for job assignments. Responsible for day to day recruiting and financial performance goals of your branch. Responsible for weekly employee time sheets, collect payroll hours and enter them in to Akken cloud softwear for the branch weekly closings.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage multiple platforms for recruiting
- Post jobs & build network of new employees looking for work
- Make 50-100 calls a day to recruit new employees
- Field recruiting & Job Fairs
- Interview new candidates
- Client weekly visits to build strong relationship

- Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Honest and ethical team player
- Strong computer skills; ability to learn and work with new programs
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Compensation:
- Depending on your experience Base Pay starts at $17.50 - $19.00, Sign-on Bonus $500, Vehicle Allowance & variable bonuses available
