Title: Customer Service Representative with analytical experience

This position is 100% remote. If required to come onsite at any time, they would need to be fully vaccinated. Will need a 2nd monitor, can purchase one and be reimbursed up to $100.
Candidate will need to use own equipment to log into a virtual desktop. The system requirements are listed below, please make sure the candidates equipment meets the specifications.
The manager is going to conduct short interviews with the candidates, it is expected you are conducting very detailed through interviews and that you are you submitting your top candidates only.
Navigating and operating within multiple licensing and commission systems
Understanding annuity products, procedures, and system capabilities
Customer request analysis and determination of required actions in systems
Using reporting tools to analyze data knowledgeably
Maintaining synchronization between systems through data comparison
Redirecting work activities to appropriate teams
Processing or requesting data updates in multiple systems
Validating data is accurately entered into systems
Maintaining organization of data to ensure all daily work is accounted for
Working within a team structure to conduct daily work assignments
Participating in team projects
Reporting to work as scheduled and adhering to all company guidelines and policies
Learning and working in a remote environment
Focusing on Global Atlantic�s long-term success by building strong (internal and external) customer relationships
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
� Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
� Proven ability to quickly learn new systems, concepts, procedures, and apply knowledge
Ability to apply analytical skills to make judgments and determine data discrepancy resolution
Demonstrated data entry accuracy, high quality performance and productivity in a high-volume environment
Application of flexibility and time management when handling multiple tasks
Exhibited attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations
Strong interpersonal skills with willingness to successfully support a team environment
Solid computer skills with the ability to work simultaneously in multiple systems with dual monitors
Proficient software skills, including Microsoft Office
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Ability to work proficient in a remote environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor�s degree or equivalent work experience
Prior experience in Financial Services industry with knowledge of annuity products, Licensing & Contracting, general rules and regulations
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS GA VIRTUAL DESKTOP
For system requirements, Windows 10 is not necessary, but it would eliminate possible issues for users. We do ask that work from home users have at least the following requirements (this is in the logging into your VDI remotely documentation as well).
Recommended requirements:
� Processor: Intel i3 processor or better
� Memory: 4 GB of RAM or more
� Storage: minimum of 150MB available storage to install and run Citrix
� Internet: Minimum 5mbps high speed internet
� Browser: Recent version of Chrome or IE is recommended
