Job description

  • Prepares for client inquiries by studying compliance regulations, system capabilities, and myCobraPlan internal protocols and processes.
  • Responds to client and COBRA member inquiries while understanding the situation and compliance with COBRA regulations. Responding in a prompt, positive and helpful manner. Some responses will require researching information.
  • Records inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in appropriate systems.
  • Improves quality of service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product/service opportunities for our members and clients.
  • Prepares and processes COBRA daily duties including incoming mail, system downloads and verification, proof of mail records, sending and confirming carrier updates.
  • Interacts with Clients and manages all aspects of account management
  • Completes Client Renewals by analyzing documents and system processes to ensure smooth transition for client and members.
  • Completes Onboarding of new clients
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Answering phones for client and COBRA member calls.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
