Responsibilities include the following: 32 hrs weekly
- inbound and outbound calls
- review and filing of medical records
- scanning and faxing activities including medical records requests
- greeting the patients in the reception area.
- scheduling of new card holders and appointment reminders.
- maintaining our renewal database
- overseeing marketing and outreach programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
